How to later edit a comment, reply or thread task? ​

If you need to update or modify something you previously posted through CrowdReply, you can submit an edit request directly from your dashboard. Here’s how: Go to Task Tracking β†’ or visit: πŸ‘‰ Search for the task ID you want to edit (comment, reply, or thread). Click the Edit Comment icon (✏️) on the right side of the table where you see the three dots. A popup will appear where you can enter your updated text.

  1. Go to Task Tracking β†’ or visit:

  1. Search for the task ID you want to edit (comment, reply, or thread).
  2. Click the Edit Comment icon (✏️) on the right side of the table where you see the three dots.
  3. A popup will appear where you can enter your updated text.
  4. Review the content and click Submit edit request.

Important Notes ​

  • Editing a live Reddit comment or post can sometimes lead to a removal since mods can see edited content on their end and are notified so make edits carefully.
  • If removal happens after editing, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • If the Reddit account that posted the comment/thread has been banned or suspended, an edit request will not be possible, as the account becomes inaccessible.
